Paul owned and operated the Pepe's Mexican Restaurant in Rolling Meadows for over 35 years.Paul was the husband of the late Shirley (nee Welmon) Anderson; brother of Ray Anderson; uncle of Michele (Scott) Curtiss, Victoria Anderson, Christine Globke, the late Teri Myers, and the late Raymond C. Anderson; and great-uncle of Scott.Visitation Tuesday, March 11, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Meadows Funeral Home, 3615 Kirchoff Rd., Rolling Meadows.
