Erna Lynne BringeErna Lynne Bringe of Inverness, IL passed away on March 4, 2025.She was born in Greenview, Illinois, the daughter of James and Virginia (Murphy) Tripp. She married Bernard G. Bringe on May 29, 1965. She received her BS Degree at Millikin University and MBE at Indiana University.Erna Lynne taught Business Education in Arlington Heights District 214 for 26 years. She received the Principal’s Award in 1990 for her positive contributions in education. She taught over 3,000 students to type. She was a member of Delta Pi Epsilon and Zeta Tau Alpha. She was a member of the Millikin University Investors Society, Lifetime Member of the Chancelor’s Council - Whitewater Foundation, and Harper College Heritage Society.After retiring, she edited Greg King's best-selling book, "The Duchess of Windsor, The Uncommon Life of Wallis Simpson."Erna Lynne is survived by her cousins, Nancy Cheatham, Virginia Estrop, Joseph Pisoni, and Lynn Tice.
